We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel is conveniently located close to the BTS train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and cosy, with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel.

The location of this hotel is great, nestled in a small alley close to everything in Bangkok. It's conveniently situated in the center of shopping malls and offers easy access to the Rattanakosin island. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the free shuttle tuk-tuk service to the nearest metro station is a convenient perk.

The walls and doors of the rooms are quite thin, allowing for noise from the corridor to easily disturb your peace.

Friendly and helpful staff made my stay at Vela Be Bangkok Ratchathewi- Sha Plus Certified enjoyable. The location was excellent, close to public transportation. The rooms were cozy and clean, offering great value for money. I also appreciated the modern and recently built hotel facilities.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. the staff was always ready to assist and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the location was also a key factor for me, as it was just a 15-minute walk away from the popular Siam Shopping Center. I enjoyed the fact that the rooms were very clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment.

the room size was smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a really nice urban yet comfortable vibe, with clean and well-designed communal areas. The location was also amazing, with lots of local atmosphere and plenty of shops, restaurants, and Thai massage spas within walking distance. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive, from the security guard who always chatted with us to the helpful parking guy. Our room was new, clean, and quiet, and it was cleaned daily. We appreciated the little touches like the free tea, coffee, and biscuits. The hotel also provided a free tuk tuk service to nearby attractions, which was really convenient. we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.
